hI all

my anxiety has been very good for q long time but just recently nit been great.

yesterday I was looking at the back if my throat amd noticed this thing so got an appointment this afternoon the nurse took a look and didn't know what it was so asked a doctor to come look the doctor looked and said it isn't anything bad and asked if I'd had a cold lately I said yes one at the end of September and another about 2 weeks ago....so she said it's irritation from that....I was like ok she then said do you smoke I said yes she said I will see you back in 6weeks time to check it's gone or going....of course then my anxiety went crazy so I'm now thinking this that and the other even though the nurse said if you hadn't said yes you smoked she probably wouldn't of asked you to come back qnd even though the doctor took a real good look and said its OK I'm all over the place now....has anyone ever had anything like this????

many thanks 😊
