So I finally broke up with my boyfriend been wanting to do it for a while as I wasn’t happy but it didn’t go well and he has to drive me home which was the longest 45 minutes of my life. On the way to my home we didn’t speak and all the time my heart was racing, still is now I’m home 15 minutes later, I feel dizzy and sick and my heart feels like it’s beating weird and irregular and I’m gonna pass out and can’t stop shaking. I am freaking out that I’m gonna have a heart attack cause of it and got really warm. Trying to relax but can’t.

Oh Kellylorraine899 my heart goes out to you. I’m so sorry. It will get easier. Sounds like a rough time but you are strong and you have gotten through the toughest part and will continue to get through.

Hello kellylorraine899 :-)

I don't know the in's and out's of you relationship and why you have ended it and neither do I need to but what I do know is that you have been very brave as you obviously was not happy and have had to make a huge decision and end it and that takes some courage

That journey must have felt like forever and all the emotions you must be going through will have drained you and no wonder you feel like you do which I would say is normal

Anything in life we have to do that is so hard always hurts and especially breaking up from someone we love /loved one of the worse things we go through and it takes time to get over it but you will and you will get stronger and come through this even though it may not feel like it at the moment

Be kind to yourself , look after yourself and take each day as it comes , life will come good again and you will be wiser and stronger than you have ever been before , you will do this :-)

Take Care x
