Throat tensing

I don’t know what this is but I have to keep tensing my throat all the time!

It generally feels uncomfortable, like something is there.

It’s almost like I’m tensing my throat and ears and i literally have to keep doing it.

It’s driving me crazy now, I mentioned it to the DR but he didn’t seem to be worried

Has anyone else had this? It doesn’t seem to be going away either?

Hey, I didn't think it matter, but now reading your comments I want to investigate it. I also tense my throat all the time. Maybe it has something to do with nerves? Looking back I do more often if I am wearing uncomfortable clothes.
