Full ache

Hi my chest feels like a dull ache pain like it’s really weird it’s not hurting at the minute but the bull ache is there been like this about 15 to 20 minutes now. And it’s going to my upper back aswell feels tight can gas cause this? Or anxiety? Feeling very anxious now. I had another ECG a week ago and bloods done all ok but what if they missed something?

my dad has been diagnosed with anxiety and myself too. this sounds exactly like him, he’s had bloodwork and scans because he thinks it’s something else when in reality he’s been having prolonged and severe panic attacks. i’m not an expert but don’t let yourself get too worked up over this. i hope you are well

Hope you and your dad are well!

It’s so scary I always feel like it’s my heart. I get heart palpitations all the time and also pain in my upper body. I am always shaking and thinking sometime bad will happen!

I had an ECG back in January and that come back fine but my anxiety tells me different ☹️

I just want this to end and live a normal live. X
