were does everyone get there chest pains?

I havent posted in awhile, I hqve been doing great copeing so well, but the last 3 maybe 4 days have been bad with chest pains but not really anything else, it happens a few times a day like a stabbing pain for qbout 5 seconds maybe 10 seconds. Location is about 2 inches right of left nippel and 2 inches up. Does anyone else get pains here. I know part of my heart is in that area and suffering with servere health anxiety is making my mind race.

Altho I do experience anxiety, I have no physical symptoms . If I did, I would get checked out by a doctor who would investigate the symptoms. It is better to make sure and not ignore anything. If the dr. does an ekg and other tests for cardiac disease plus anything else he wants to check for and if he gives you a clean bill of health , then you need to believe him. You can treat it as as a symptom of anxiety. Talk to your psychiatrist about your anxiety.
