I started get anxiety attacks about 6 weeks ago now and now panic attacks also Doctor put me on citalopram 20mg a day can anybody tell me how long they take to work and does it stop you getting anxious, I been taking them now for 4 weeks and I am still anxious more in morning 1st thing last till about midday
