Today i had one of my breakdowns. I broke down in the middle of the day with no explanation or trigger, I didn't understand anything in the moment and couldn't do anything but cry on the floor till i had a headache and no tears left. I've experienced this before but it has never made any sense.Has this happened to anyone else?

I've not experienced this but it doesn't sound strange. Anxiety turns up in all kinds of ways. is there someone you can talk to? Or can you talk to your doctor?
