I did not know that is what it was called I always say I have Health Anxiety which is a fear something is wrong with e and I am going to die, I have had this from a child and now I am middle aged and still suffering more so than ever as once you get to middle age you think your odds are going down now as you are not as young as you were plus I caught double pneumonia last year and it nearly was all over they were fighting to keep me alive which has now made things 1000 times worse along with this virus

From the moment I get up to the moment I go to bed it is all that is on my mind , I get so anxious with every feeling I feel that this is it

OMG please I will talk about it with you, i thought i was the only one. I cant get it off my mind my anxiety and panic attacks are only getting worse.

I, 24/7. Literally. My mind plays scenarios where I’ll drop all day long every day, it is exhausting. Worrying about when I’ll drop.

Same !! It's a horrible nightmare every single day alllll day. Got lorazapam for instance scared take it scared side effects or will kill me that's just 1 of my hundreds of scenario
