Depersonalisation.

I have anxiety with depersonalisation I can be in the middle of an anxiety attack and I end up on the floor with no recollection of how I got there, I was wondering if anybody else has this problem.

I’ve experienced dissociation where it felt like nothing was real. It’s very frightening I’m sorry you’re experiencing this.

I have depersonalization too and it's the worst part of anxiety. It's the worst when I try to go for a walk and it feels like I'm in a dream.
