Does anyone else experience this pounding feeling.....especially when you lie down. My anxiety has been a bit rough over the past few days. Always like to come on here & get some support & reassurance as it helps to calm me down.

Arlene99, I get head pounding or throbbing overnight always while lying down for several years now. Read that taking magnesium 400 mg helps sometimes & been taking that too. If I eat dinner early it seems to help. Eating late makes it worse. Idk if there is a solution or its food related or perhaps will stop one day. Don't think I have much anxiety, retired, relatively healthy. Idk if you can relate or perhaps someone can. Good luck with yours.

Also pounding, throbbing unrelated to heartbeat rhythm.
