Evening David.

It's no trouble at all, that's what the site is for, mutual help and support.

Sorry your still in a bad place tonight.

Have you seen your go about your anxiety, they can help and not just with medication.Counselling is available and a lot of us find it helpful,I have had talking therapy,I didn't find it easy at first as I'm not good at talking about my feelings at all,I tend to keep a lot private, but hit really did help me.Thats why I think this site is good, you can talk about what your feeling and what your going through and people understand because we have a range experience with different forms of anxiety.

Also there are relaxation and mediation sites to download, initially free, and then a small charge if you find one to suit you and want to continue.I prefer Calm.com,but there is Mindfulness and Headspace plus others.

Also books are available,in print and on kindle,I find Amazon a good place to find these.

Hope this has been if some help to you,and hat you manage to get a good nights sleep.

Please keep posting,I'll be popping on tomorrow and Thursday, now and then, cos I'll be at my mums, but I will reply if I see a post from you.

Take care.
