I haven't feel any panic or anexity attack for a while like 2 to 3 months and I'm slowly getting back into weight training and this few days I'm not too sure am I tired myself out or just the panic attack physical Symptom are back I was felt very soft body, so weak, heart rate rush, short of breath like can’t catch my breathing, suddenly very tired, wanna sleep, very nervous and worrying! I had felt everything are back again. So sick of it .

Hello
Anxiety can be like any other illness you can feel great for a while and then have a set back
When this happens accepting it is normal and not overthinking and panicking will help
I wonder if you relate your anxiety to your exercising and subconsciously it has been there playing in the back of your mind till you now feel like you do
It will pass , listen to your body , exercise but maybe gently build up and don't over do it till you feel confident
Don't beat yourself up and allow a set back to take you over , I know it is not easy but things will come good again
