So again this is the second day I’ve had internal muscle spasms right under my breast area and yesterday it last over a hour and so far it’s been going ten minutes and hasn’t stopped. Which has made me super anxious and worrying about what it is. I know my heart and everything is fine as I have had all the test and was fine. I have had muscle spasms before on and off with anxiety but these are new and my stomach area feels tight.
