I have been prescribed Pregabalin and well i was hoping to get the anxiety medication before my job interview tomorrow. I am able to take my first dose (25mg) tomorrow morning before the interview (at 3pm) but i have not experienced the effects of this medication however i do think i need some relief as i often give off that i have anxiety in noticable patches of overthinking due to my adhd (medicated with elvanse). Please could some people give me their advise as im really not sure what is best.. i could take it as soon as i get it (probably 10am: Pregabalin takes 6-10 hours to apparently ware off) and so perhaps if it has any undesired effects i could combat them before the interview..

I’ve just come across your question sorry my reply is 1 month to late. All I know about Pregabalin is it’s taken in pretty high dosages for anxiety and I believe it’s takes a while to build up in the body before any effects are noticeable. Best person to question is your GP though. I hope your job interview went well. People who don’t suffer from anxiety don’t appreciate what an effort it takes to attend a job interview. All the best, Sam
