There was a man who when coming home from work would tell the tree in his front yard all of his frustrations so that when he entered the home greeted by his wife his frustrations had been let go so that he only had lovely things to say to her.

I love it so! The story was told to me so many years ago I think I will always remember it. I try to do the same by taking time to go over my frustrations enough to really feel them then let them go. Then I am free and my family has the best version of me. I love the way they love me. It’s hard to express just how much I love all of you here. Lisa, love peace light and joy backatchya!!!
