Talking helps me but no one to talk to at 2 am

Hello :-)

You are so right talking does help but during the night not many are about

If you are in the UK and you really need to talk you could phone the Samaritans they are there 24/7 to talk with , we could do with some pinned numbers on here so we could refer to them if we come on and feel desperate to talk and no one is about :-)

Right , do you have anywhere you can phone like we have in the UK that will just listen ?

Sometimes writing down our worries and fears can help , it may not be talking but we can get them on paper and reading them back it sometimes does not seem as bad as we first thought or when our minds are going a 100 miles an hour with fear x

No I haven't found any numbers to call my support friends I can only call then certain hours, & yes a friend asked me to write things down I didn't think I could concentrate on writing but I did & it helped a lot,I'm also not going to just stay in bedroom all weekend every one I talk to this week said same thing get out do things, I'm going to even if it's walking to the park, because all I do is come from work and stay n room all weekend I'm trying to do all I can,

Set yourself little goals each day , does not have to be anything to big but with each goal you achieve it will help you and help you to see you are making progress :-) x

Hi- You are right, talking helps a lot. Try also to do things you will enjoy like walking outside especially if there is sunlight because it will help to uplift your mood.

I pray that you will have a good sleep and you will feel well. Keep posting and I hope this forum will be an encouragement to you to keep going.
