Oh i can relate to that evety day. O don't even wake up feeling good i wake up in a state of panic with constant worry about my health. Within 20 mins of being up i am on the toilet with the runs. Then i worry all day about why i am like this. I can pick myself up for a while and back it comes again. Not only do i worry about my hezlth i worry about everyone else we have to try and get these negative thoughts out of oir heads easier said than done. Tried different medications none of them have seemed to work for me how about you. Have you tried meditation anything to get your mind off yourself.
Good morning ( not sure what time it is in US) .Sorry never heard of that medication so can't comment. I always wake with early morning anxiety and find as the day goes on ,it starts to ease off. But anything can trigger off panic/anxiety during the day. Think Anxiety is such a " wild card".Good that you can still do your usual tasks ~ keeping busy is a great thing to take your mind off things.
Glad you are seeing your GP ~ tell them exactly how you are feeling ~ let us know how it goes for you ~ wishing you well 🙂
Hello & Welcome dessi
I am so pleased that you have decided to go and speak with your Doctor
Maybe make a few notes about the key points that are getting to you the most so you don't forget anything as I know I can get anxious when going to the Doctors and without taking a few notes with me I can come away and have forgot to tell them all what I wanted to say
I have no experience with the medication , did they help you at all when you took them ?
There are various medications and what helps one does not always help another so sometimes it can be finding he right one for you which your Doctor can help you with
I relate to one minute feeling not to bad and the next as if you are loosing your mind , this is part of anxiety but wit the right support it does get better
Let us know how you get on , if you are in the USA I think you are 5 hours behind us here in the UK but we all catch up with each other during some part of the day
Take Care x
Afraid I'm unfamiliar with that medication too. I can relate to going through 'habit' and 'mood' cycles. It is really annoying when you can recognise it but don't seem to be able to do anything about it either. I felt quite unwell at the beginning of the day but felt better as the day went on. Hope it goes well with the Doctor which is the right step. Writing down things you want to say is an excellent tip.
