Keep worrying of a stroke

I always worry of a stroke because I get really mixed up sometimes from my anxiety I think and it makes me worry. I also get weak arm and mouth muscles on and off everyday. I’m not sure it’s just a big Fear I have I know it may seem a bit silly

Hello :-)

I might start sounding like a parrot in a bit :-/

I know I have said this is a small Community at the moment so you could end up with just me replying :-)

I can see you have done several posts which is fine if it helps you to feel better , they all relate to your fear of a stroke and wondering if you put all the posts together and make one post if you might get some more replies to try and help

Sounds like you are getting Health Anxiety and if you can get some therapy I think it would really help , not sure if you have looked into it but maybe when you go to the Doctors you could ask :-)

Take Care x
