So.. my anxiety is in full effect as usual. I'm doing the normal scratching and shaking legs. I didn't get much sleep bc stupid me, I watched some scary videos so that kept me up when I had work early in the morning. I didn't nap all day so my body feels really tired, but I'm fighting sleep? Is that why my anxiety is high right now? I know the answer, just need some people to relate. Having tightness of chest and feels like I can't breathe as well. But obviously I'm texting this.

I am sorry you are struggling with sleep and there is nothing worse to heighten our anxiety if we are lacking sleep
Watching scary movies before bed was for most a disaster as it will keep us awake but you know that and hopefully next time you will make a different choice and not watch them
I think trying to get ourselves as relaxed as we can before bed is the best remedy to try and get a good nights sleep , a warm bath hot drink listening to some calming music , taking everything of that stimulates are brains like TV , computers etc all helps
