Hello everyone,

It has been a while since I have been on here.

My thoughts seems to mess with me sometimes and more than other times especially around my monthly. You really do have to watch what you look at one TV and the sadness on social media..

Just sad, frustrating at times....

Hello

It is very quiet on here nowadays which is a shame as this was a lovely little Community and sorry you posted 6 days ago and no replies , I have only just remembered to have a look on here and saw your post and a couple more

How are you feeling now ?

O yes hormones have a lot to answer to and around the monthly time a lot tend to suffer , but as you are aware of it you can hopefully put things into place which make it more manageable as well as accepting it is ok to be up and down at this time

I agree , I am very careful what I read and what I watch or it can really upset me , I have got self control nowadays and as soon as I start to watch or read something I know will upset me I stop straight away , so you are not on your own feeling this way :-)

Hope you have a lovely weekend planned :-)

Take Care x

Hello Lulu,

I really want to thank you for replying to my message. I am feeling a little better than before and I was doing pretty good until recently. I am going to start back with more of my CBT and get it together again. The thoughts become feelings and then it feels horrible and real.... I wish that I've not experienced this at all.

How long have you been dealing with everything?

Hello :-)

I think what we have to remember is that when we have suffered with anxiety it could be very possible it will creep back up on us again at some time but if we also can try and remember everything CBT etc teaches us and keep them as part of our daily life's then we will soon overcome the little bumps in the road we may encounter

I have had anxiety since I was a child and I shall I say am a middle age women without saying just how old that is :-D

Over the years it has varied how it has affected me mainly with severe ocd , the other parts of what anxiety caused me I have managed again over the years to deal with but it takes time

You should feel really proud you have been doing so well and have every faith in yourself that this little blip you will work through :-) x

I really do appreciate your kind words and I would like to stay in touch if that is okay with you.

It is awesome that you have been doing good and it is hard to hear it is going to take time, however I know time is essential and needed, especially faith, strength and patience.

Thanks,

AlexTa

Of course keep in touch :-)

Remember everyone is different so as it has taken me time it may not be the same for you , I think what I really was trying to say is be patient and kind to yourself because those can be two things we forget to do or feel we can't do :-)

I hope you enjoy the rest of your weekend :-) x
