anxiety is back

hi all long time since iv posted on here, well my anxiety has came back as bad as before, went to doctors this morning and they just put me on beta blockers AGAIN from my head down to my face is just tingling cant get it 2 go away, any 1 else have this ???

I'm Janeanne I get the tingling in my legs both my hands but not in my head but I do feel my pulse in my face. When I go to docs he sent me for blood test and an ray on my spine just waiting for results will let you know what they are when I get them they might help you. Be strong.
