Anxiety is stressful for the past 3 days I've had a headache so bad I felt like my head is about to explode and it seems like it just got worse everyday. I'm struggling to breathe every moment of the day. It's like an ongoing battle trying to be as normal as possible. All of this pain is driving me crazy.Help

Oh you poor thing yes anxiety is a battle I'm still trying to get better but just not happening. Can't sleep pains everywhere but today just trying to focus on the good things. Tried to do lots of chores but burning off too many calories and losing weight. Not good hope you can feel better soon.X

40 years its hell.

I'm so sorry that you haven't been feeling good recently. Try to keep busy and occupy your mind with things what you need to do/make you happy and slowly deal with the harder things one by one. Try not to put too much added pressure on yourself. Take your time with rationalising your thoughts and feelings.

Hope you start to feel better soon!

Hey Jessie,

I just read all of your posts, it sounds like you’ve really been struggling recently you poor thing.

I know exactly how you’re feeling, it is overwhelming isn’t it. I have had most of the anxious symptoms under the sun but I’m currently battling a new one which seems to be affecting my vision.

Over thinking everything causes our brains to work 24/7, imagine running until you couldn’t run anymore, you would be exhausted right? Probably pass out of a footpath somewhere, well that’s how our brains are feeling.

You need to give your mind a rest but it’s easier said than done. Try some small mindfulness exercises first, even the basic ones on YouTube are a good place to start.

When you eventually manage to relax & let go of all the tension your mind is causing your body, you’ll feel the weight lift & things will get easier (:

I hope this helps & you feel better soon.

I am so sorry you are dealing with this. Anxiety can often make you feel like you are suffocating. This happens to me very often. Have you tried seeking help from a doctor or a therapist? They may know what you could do to help you with this. I hope everything gets better.
