Hello

When we suffer with anxiety even when we feel ok we can still be working twice as hard to keep the anxiety at bay and by doing so we use so much adrenaline till all of a sudden we do feel like we are gasping for breath , then that happening stays in our minds even if at the back of them and it can then keep happening and the more we worry the more it happens

When it does happen if you can accept that it is anxiety and wait for it to pass , don't allow it to have the control it wants slowly these attacks will get less & less

Have you spoken to your Doctor about how you feel ? can give you peace of mind just to know that it is nothing physical :-)

Take Care x
