So over the past 6 months i'm having health anxiety because i google my symptoms and then i worry of different diseases like all the time and now i have this bad anxiety i have now this tremors in shoulders and arms but i can hardly see them shaking if i look at my arms but i feel them when i'm sitting or lyingdown especially at night do you think amxiety gives you tremors all the time like 24/7 i'm like focusing on them and its really making me more anxious. Has anyone ever felt the same? Thank you

Most definitely. I actually talk about this on my YouTube page. I have been in tunnel vision going on Google constantly and worry constantly. And I always feel worse when I go on Google. I don't get the tremors but I had almost every symptom that anxiety brings. And what I do know is that Google makes anxiety worse. Check my channel out if you'd like. Hi there I have health anxiety it’s awful I have had tests in the past I also look up my symptoms pains aches hives all sorts of different symptoms On the internet It is difficult to deal with your convinced there is something wrong it’s the anxiety playing tricks on your mind I find exercise helps and getting enough sleep although that can be difficult when your very anxious DONT look up symptoms I know it’s hard it’s a bad habit that feeds the anxiety Hope you find your way to deal with this You will get there good luck

I have yet to start back exercising. I have said though that I will gradually get back into it. Even if I just walk around the park. I was just so afraid to work out trying to avoid panic attacks or feeling lightheaded and also because for me I lost so much weight dealing with anxiety I just felt like I dont need to do any work out to make me lose anymore weight. Yes I've had my share of looking up symptoms and it making my day worse so I'm glad Ive gotten to a place in this journey where I am over the compulsion of googling symptoms. It's a tough journey. I wish us the best

Hi there glad you have stopped googling symptoms Don’t put pressure on yourself to exercise if you can work around the garden or don’t the road and back small steps I know it’s hard try and find something you enjoy even if it’s a small thing I listen to music to relax even if it’s for a short while Good luck you will get there take care

Thank you. I listen to YouTube alot too. I do want to try to go for slow walks. But I was hoping the fact that I've been working and I'm moderately active at work because I walk back and forth from doing clients hair to the front desk. I know it's not the same as a slow or brisk trail but it's more than just staying home.

Yeah, we google to make ourselves feel better. To make sure we DONT have it. lol The downside is things are so general you end up thinking you do. It's a hard habit to break. It's the pits to have health anxiety. So sorry you're in a dark spot right now. Try and stay off google. I'm always trying to stay clear of that myself for the same reasons.
