Does anybody else suffer from a tight throat? The feeling is intense and feels like something is stuck in my throat (centre) it's making me feel very weak but not sure if this is just my body reacting to nerves, also when I talk it's uncomfortable as feel like breathing is very delayed, it's very scary.. Let me know if anybody else get this? So worried thank you xx

I get similar but mine is more to do with swallowing rather than breathing.

As I try to swallow my throat somehow tightens.
