I am wondering if someone can help me out. For a few days my little finger on my right hand has been sore. It's like I've been trapped and hurts to bend it, I am worried as it twitches too. I know it's maybe nothing but I am worried. Has this happened to anyone else?

Had it loads of times. You've strained your finger hence the tightness and twitching.
