So much pain

I am getting so fed up. I keep myself clean, shower every night but again I've got a spot in between my bum cheeks and it's sore as holy bloody hell. I did have a boil a few months ago but it's not a boil, it's a spot but it's sore as hell. I've got some cream for it but holy moly, it's hard to sit down and walk. I am feeling so sorry for myself and my doctors is closed for today so I am stuck in pain. I am praying for the doctor to reopen tomorrow and show him my butt ( I am no longer shy about this lol) Any ideas how to handle this till I can see my doctor?
