Hello

A lot of anxiety sufferers seem to suffer with this problem I know I do

Have you spoken to your Doctor about this ?

I would , they may give you something to help

I have tried different things over the years & steaming seems to help but other than that I still don't have the answers & they can never find anything wrong as such so I try & accept it & then it does not feel as bad

I think there are so many alleges as well , maybe pollen dust chemicals we use to clean etc sometimes this can contribute to it , try & see if you can notice if certain things make it worse

I know I use to use those smelly plug in's and had to stop using them because it made mine worse so worth keeping a note on what you are doing & if your symptoms get worse after doing or using certain things

Take Care x
