Hello

Sorry you have had no replies

Have you seen your Doctor about your anxiety or getting any treatment from them , if not I think you would benefit from going along and speaking to them

When we are sleeping we can be in an anxious sleep , it is not always the case when you suffer with anxiety that it switches of just because we are sleeping and you can wake up feeling the way you have described , I know it has happened to me

If it has started to worry you , subconsciously it can be on your mind when falling asleep causing it to recur again

The less importance you give it the chances are it will stop happening , I know that is not easy but when you wake up with this try & stay calm tell yourself it is anxiety and will not harm you

Take Care x
