I know it sounds silly but where is the heart? I've got a pain now in the left shoulder and sort of across the top of that part of the chest too? I am worried it's my heart. I've got an appointment booked for next Monday for a check up. Where does the heart start and end, I know this sounds silly but I am worried.

Your heart is more under your chest than where you have described
It could be you have pulled a muscle or even trapped wind but does not sound serious and when you speak to your Doctor I am sure they will reassure you 
x
