Yup totally normal

Especially if you grind your teeth

Twitches especially my eyelids are a sure sign that my anxiety is on the rise.

After a really bad thing happened to me a couple of years ago my left bottom eyelid twitched for a month or more. It went in the end.

Just anxiety megs.

It is just a bad habit where your mind has been toying with you, I developed some odd habits but after i got something done about my anxiety they disappeared in time

Oh yes, that's completely normal. Girl, don't worry about that! If that's the main anxiety symptom you have going on that is really bothering you, then you're doing good! No worries! Just a little tension. :-)
