Went to cardiologist...

I went to a cardiologist for my hospital follow up and while I was there they did an ekg the doctor said it was a little abnormal but nothing to indicate anything and that its all anxiety but just to make sure and calm me he's doing ultrasound of the heart and halter monitor for a week.

I still worried as when I exert myself my chest hurts, I told him that he said its just anxiety pains. But then contradicted himself and said heart problem is only pain when u exert urself.

I'm confused and in pain I just cleaned my floors and my chest burns and it left me weak :(

Should I just take his word??

Hi Yaz, I think we have to trust our doctors. I know people have had bad experiences or misdiagnosis, but we can't go I'm thinking that. Trust your doc and try and find ways to calm your anxiety. Have you given meditation a try? I know thats helped me and others as well. Also if you are confused you should inform him of that so hopefully he gives you a less mucky response.

Take his word and stop worrying. Worrying will kill you, so stop and forget about your health.

Yes I know it is, but if you want to have any quality of life you have to make an

Effort to stop being obsessed by your health. Tryst your Drs. Otherwise worrying

Will kill you, worrying and stress are bad for your heArt. If you keep up all this obsessing

, yes you will damage your heart, nothing surer, so STOP now or the damage will be

Done.
