Hair loss??

Since up in my dose of citalopram to 40mg my hair is falling out. Has anyone else experienced this? It's so scary and sending my anxiety through the roof xx

hi riroar, never heard of this before, a few of our friends are on citalopram, none have any effect with them, have you had your thyroid checked? can have this effect, jasper xx

I believe this can be a side effect with some meds even though it dent affect many however I would certainly speak to your doctor about it because it sounds like if they are affecting you this way then you need to look at a different medication

I know it will be an anxious time but if it is the meds that are the cause then once you get them sorted your hair will grow back again x
