So I haven't been on in a while. Well today my anxiety creeped up on me. The kind u can't fight off. My friend was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver nd it all started there. My head has been hurting, my side hurts bad. I feel weird. Idk I feel like im dying. I have therapy tomorrow so im hoping if that helps. I recently moved into my moms with my husband and 3 kids and they already had 4 people living there. So im all stressed. Idk j wanna feel normal. I never know if im okay abymore and this sucks.

I know when I get like that just having a peaceful moment draws me to be semi sane

I'm sorry to hear about your friend - that is worrying for you. I am also sorry to hear that your family has had to move in with your mom. It sounds like a very stressful situation. I hope your therapy helps. It is difficult to find time for yourself, but try to, even if it is only for a few minutes - time to think about one good thing thing for you. Are you able to go for time outside? Walking? Just being on your own can help a little.

Sorry you are not feeling so good but sounds like you have a lot happening
Your friend been ill could have triggered of your fears as well as sounding like you are over crowded which can't leave much space for you to have some time on your own to try & relax which we all benefit from
The stress from all this will no doubt be giving you these weird feelings & anxiety does create headaches , if you can try & even if it is 30 minutes or even 15 minutes a day but that time aside for you & even if it is a little walk you take on your own so you can get some space that is just you know one else
