Travelling to high altitude area

I'm planning trip for northern areas . I have been to high altitude before many times ,but no problem i face but now this time. i'm going for higher altitude where OXYGEN level is low. Is this matter >? like should i take oxygen cylinder with me ? Will i face any problem ,? Anyone has any experience regarding this?

My history is : >5 counts. ( tried steroids , revolade etc, ) not an active bleeder

Kindly advice and share your experience.

It is simply not possible to advise on this situation. The only person that can offer any credible advice is an ITP specialist or doctor who would need to know your full case history.

M not active bleeder my counts r 5 , i have been mounting many times but this time its b high altitude 4500m
