Revolade

Hi I have been on Revolade for 2 months and have had symptoms of nausea and diarrhea constantly. Has anybody else had this.

Treated with Prednisolone, Rituximab and trombopotein (Revolade). CLL treatment with Venetoclax 2021-2022. Stopped after one year because of covid but could take a break since I was Umrd in blood. Open heart surgery By Pass in Jan 23. Heart issues. Recurrent activated CLL in August shown in BMP.

I have to heavily increase Prednisolone and double Revolade. I wonder how my heart will react. Anyone else with CLL, ITP and heartfailure?

I have had ITP diagnosis for 10 months now, have had revolade, mycophenolate, rituximab and now starting avotrombopag. I had steroids along with most of these meds. I have found that steroids cause me great fatigue, and when I came off the steroids most of the fatigue slowly abated.

So my attending doctor asked me to try Roxadustat and Revolade these two drugs. Roxadustat can improve hemoglobin and Revolade can improve platelets, and effects are very good for me. But I still worry about the side effects of these 2 drugs, Roxadustat and Revolade.

My since long ITP trombocytopenia had been quite stable in platelets for quite a time, treated with low dose prednisolone and eltrombopag( Revolade). Easter came with terrible toothache, preliminary fixed acute by dentist.

Hi everyone,has anyone been pregnant while on steroids,revolade or any ITP related medication.How was the pregnancy,did you carry full term,is the baby 100% etc?

Anyone need revolade 25mg tablets (we bought it for my mother in law and she passed away) it would be helpful if someone really needs it , Chennai, India

I am in Revolade 4 months now 75mg every day. I was wondering in which organ Revolade effects negative our body. As any drug you take has a negative impact somewhere.

Prednisone,,,dexamethasone.....IVIG.....Rituximab.....Revolade.......BUT lots of side effects. Seven months ago I had my spleen removed. Since then my platelets are hovering around 20 - 30 with no medications. I have not had any issues with bleeding or bruising. I am in my 70’s.

I have been taking Revolade 75mg daily for the past 4 months. I have also taken various immunosuppressants like IVIG, Rituximab and Prednisolone. This hair fall is completely normal, so don't worry. I found using soaking fenugreek seeds in water and spraying that water helps a lot.

I’m keen to try them as I do think taking the Revolade is causing my gut problems! Look forward to hearing from you! Thanks

I have been on various transfusions since end of July and currently taking daily Eltrombopag (Revolade) amongst other medication, which is helping to keeps my bloods stronger, delaying the inevitable demise. Onwards and upwards - keep fighting.

I have been on revolade for approx two years. I am on the minimum dose of 25mg a day and my platelets are now above 150. However, I feel that revolade is causing me anxiety, muscle and joint pain and fatigue.

After taking Eltrombopag (Revolade) for a year and a half now I am totally familiar with the need to avoid anything with calcium and dairy for 4 hours before and two hours after taking the drug. So is it ok to take the D3/K2 tablet outside of this time frame?

I have been on Revolade for six months with no positive results. I have an IVIG every three weeks to boost my platelet count. Does anyone else have IVIG on a regular basis and how long can you keep doing this before having to have your spleen removed? Thank you

Have tried Prednisone, IVIG, Dexamethasone Revolade and now Rituximab. My platelets have always been 100-137 prior to Dec. I had a very bad bladder infection and platelets dropped to 1 and have not recovered. I have had no episodes of bleeding. Could I have been misdiagnosed?

My Revolade got stopped 3 weeks ago as count had gone to 451 and more risk of a bloodclot on drug with count above400. My count has dropped now to 341 and I'm starting to get palpitations and short of breath. Quite an anxious feeling. Also much more tired but no bruising or bleeding.

Has anyone here been having IVIG infusions on a regular basis (perhaps every three weeks) rather than having a splenectomy?

Hi all had to come of Revolade because of hair loss and thinning. Of it just over a week, platelets down to 18, felt rough. Had my first injection of Romiplastim on Friday, no side effects so far. Any feed back from any one ? Felt great on Revolade just hair problem and aching hips.
