Ive been a hemodialysis pt for 20 yrs & ive suffered thru many secondary problems including a stroke. Id like to stop dialysis. Will they put me into a medically induced coma if i request it so i dont have to suffer thru hi potassium problems like heart attacks. Or will they make me wait until i naturally slip into a coma?

Are you in the UK? They wouldn't put you into a coma, however they would give you medications for symptomatic relief, which would keep you comfortable. It's also important to note that if your potassium level did trigger a cardiac arrest this is very different from a heart attack where people have the typical central crushing chest pain.

Talk to your team of Dr's, ask them what they would give you, can you be admitted to a hospice for care? I wish you all the best. xx
