I had jaw surgery the 11 July stayed the night in hospital then two later got a really bad infection had to go back under sugery then was put into medical coma paralyzed.

It’s been a week now since i been home from being in coma and paralyzed mom also still wired shut due to the TMJ surgery get the wires cut off Thursday then have to wear rubber bands for about 4 to 8 weeks for sure it was the scariest thing waking up last Tuesday morning not knowing where I was what had happened to me I have a very vague memory of anything that happened just really bad PTSD now and going almost 3 weeks without solid foods have lost 15 pounds

You have been through such a traumatic ordeal.

Have they cleared up the infection now? I guess so, or you wouldn't be allowed home ??

Hope all goes well on Thursday. It sounds like it will be a long recovery though.

Do your pain meds work well for you?

Yes infection is all gone and have not been taking the pain meds just and antibiotic that is super nasty trying to keep all pain meds out of my body since I was put under for a few days
