I lately feel every day tired. Is like having a hang over but without the pleasure of drinking alcohol.

Feel afraid even to drive because I don't trust my reactions.

Had all my blood test and they are Ok.

Looking for answer.......................

What meds are you taking? It could be them that are affecting you. I also feel tired everyday if my INR goes below 3.

Yes to answer above, and have you had any virus lately, I find any virus send me into some sort of flare with my various conditions, also have you had your thryoid checked, seeing as this is often an issue, APS, Sjogrens and Thyroid problems together? Mary Fx

Hi hon,

Yes too, a low Inr, some meds I take and various conditions flaring, add in vit d deficiency, altogether or alone I believe cause the bone aching fatigue.

Pacing ourselves and accepting limits is important although very hard to do. Resting when body says so is vital, sometimes we just have to listen and sleep.

Take care gentle hugs love Sheena xxxxx :-) :-) :-)
