Hi every one.
Is an itchy skin anything to do with LA/APS.
It feels like something is crawling on my skin, I keep looking for rashes but there is none.
The itching only started a few days ago, will it soon stop?
Thank you for reading this

Hi there, I do get this sometimes, often if I have a virus or infection on the way, or at times I wonder if I have used, eaten something, which has not quite suited me. Hope it goes away. Mary F

Over the last 6 months my upper back and front of my shoulders have become continually itchy. Scratching causes very small scabs to form. Maybe I'll try an antihistamine preparation. Cheers.
I get extreme itching on my calves...doesnt matter if I use lotion, oils, etc. Drives me crazy! If I didnt have fake nails, I probably wouldnt have any skin left on my lower legs. Going to discuss this with my Dr on Monday when I go for my check-up.
Nope...havent ever had that checked....should I?
Thank you so much!! Words can not express my gratitude!! For the first time in 2 years, I feel like I have a support group. So glad I found you!!
and I meant to say, that another thing it can be in some cases is diabeties! that needs checking also! Mary F x
I would get really itchy right after a shower or on humid day. I gently exfoliated my skin in the shower with a pumice stone. You need something very abrasive like a pumice stone or sugar scrub. A loofa was not rough enough. I only exfoliate my body twice a month and exfoliate my face with a facial mask once a week. I have not had an itchy problem since. I read somewhere with Sjogrens or APS your skin is more dry and flakes off more. You need to get the dead cells off or it will itch.
