I have used Allianz for years with great experiences. You need to make sure you follow the criteria for insuring your trip. Get the policy that covers pre-existing conditions and get your insurance within, I believe, 10 days-2 weeks of making your first reservation .

I have used this site in the past without any issues: insuremytrip.com

No problem, can I ask if you don’t mind how your Cerebral APS affects you?

Got ours via Barclays Bank account. Pay £12 month and covers you for multiple trips per year. Not had to pay a premium for medical conditions declared either. You can also use it for other things like car breakdown etc.

How have you not had to pay a premium as I’m assuming you have APS?

I declared APS, Sjogrens, Thyroid Etc plus medications but was accepted. I certainly was not going to argue!

Wow! I had to pay an extra premium of £300!

Hi

I have APS & a couple of other conditions too. I use InsureandGo and have found them to be good. I don’t think they’re the cheapest, and my current premium is c£180 pa. I have had a cerebral aneurysm coiled in the last 5 years too.
