After a week waiting in various Specialist's rooms-I have good news. Cardio has cleared me and said there are only minor changes in heart valve and not enough to need surgery. He said it's rare but not uncommon, to develop Asthma this late in life and as the steroid spray and Ventolin help with the breathlessness-no need to check in for a year. Eye specialist says cataracts are worse but not bad enough for surgery ATM, so clear for my long distance travel in Sep. Hooray!!
Now......to start thinking about what to pack! All the meds are the main thing, anything else can be picked up on the fly.

my check with Cardio on afib extra heart beat thickening in heart muscle shown in T TE Trans Thoracic Echoc , he said it’s mild and lowering my blood pressure with a low dose B P med could reverse it . 2 weeks on min dose bisoprolol 1.25 it has dropped to low normal . Afib feels all but gone. Heart likes it . Had to push to get the heartbeat issue diagnosed 1 year . Take home heart monitors and blood pressure monitors . Cancelled sue to Drs strike . Git a cancellation slot . Once you get heart tests and see Cardio to diagnose . Up the mountain . Now use to the 2 weeks of BNP MEDS BNP Down . Feels resolved . Feel better in myself , obvs hypertension and high blood pressure , GET IT RESOLVED !!! Silent killer . Tina Turner regretted she ignored hers for years warned everybody before her death. Fix your blood pressure . I bought a good brand OMRON Wrist blood pressure monitor ( as upper arm cuff pinches hurts fleshy arm) plus Blood pressure diary all off AMZN . I take B P Min 3 x p w . Record in diary. It’s down from 146 acetate to 118 ! GP Bood nurse checked my BNP for first 2 weeks . Relieved done as much as possible for my heart . Check and get diagnose why if high 🙏🏻🙏🏻
