Hi, none of us are medically trained, so you need to have this conversation asap with your main consultant and GP, write to them by email copying them both in, if you can't get their email addresses, use PA's addresses marked for the attention of the right people. It is weighed up on your medical history, allergies etc, that is how they did mine. MaryF
I had the two shot Moderna, no problems.
Moderna not available in the UK, as far as I last heard.
Yes, sorry...forgot I am talking to people from around the world!
Moderna is approved / available in UK (I know at least one person here who's had it) - Johnson & Johnson / Janssen is not yet available.

Back on the original question, pretty sure I've seen a video interview with one of the leading specialists (probably found link on this group) where exactly this question was asked, and the answer was "whichever one you are offered".
Hello . I’ve had two Astra Zeneca jabs and no problems with it , only had sore arm for a couple of days . Diagnosed with aps
I've also had 2 Astra zeneca jabs with zero side effects, not even a sore arm. I asked Prof. Hunt my consultant before having the jab and that's the one she recommended for me as I've had severe reaction in the past to penicillin. Remember we're not all the same and suffer in different ways with Aps.
Professor Hunt has stated 'it is better for us to have vaccine than not, covid itself is a terrible virus'.We are all so different with our APS, I would check with your specialist if you are concerned.
I myself had 2 x Astra Zeneca- few issues but nothing compared to Covid.
Hallo friesian47,
Have you had your Antiphospholipidsyndrome for a long time? I wonder if you are also on Warfarin or have some anticoagulationdrug for your too sticky blood?
I live in Sweden and I am on the anticoagulation drug Warfarin with an INR of 3.5 -4.0.
The Hematologist has told me it does not matter which sort of vaccine you take especially as those of us on Anticoagulation are also protected for any very unusual clot.
I am over 60 years of age I want to tell you.
Talk to your Specialist. In which country do you live?
Still a dilema?
