Does anyone have antiphospholipid syndrome and myasthenia gravis. My brother has myasthenia gravis and i have APS and mctd. I realized when i recently saw him that we walk alike and experience so many of the same symptoms then I started thinking that I should be tested for myasthenia gravis

Hi Loretta,

Have your brother been tested for APS? What is mctd?

Best wishes.

I'm not sure if he's been tested but he knows I have it.

Thank you for the article. I'm concerned because I've always had essential head tremor but there are days when my whole body feels shaky and weak. Muscle weakness on my part may be from age as I just turned 73 and am still walking up five flights of stairs in my NYC walkup. Whew.

I see my rheumatologist on 12/2 so I relay all of this to her.

Hope she is a Specialsit of autoimmun illnesses then!

Interesting article ApnotFab had found. These autoimmun illnesses are so complicaded to distinguish and separate from eachother and to get a correct diagnose so it is very important to have the very best Specialist. I guess you agree with me.
