Hi I am after some advise on anyone who has been pregnant with antiphospholipid syndrome.

Can I ask how u felt during the pregnancy and if u suffered with headaches/muzzy head days?? I am 17 weeks and being looked after well but wondered if I could get some advise from anyone who has been through it.

Many thanks in advance 😁

Hi, I hope you have a good team looking after you? I was fine once I had the condition sorted and was on Fragmin and Aspirin, although with my first one only Fragmin. I felt good on Fragmin and if anything I was better than usual, however I did have the odd emergency, probably related to my other conditions. If you have very bad headaches, you must check in with your GP, and or your medical team, or any new symptom for that matter. I had three successful pregnancies.

Headaches/muzzy head days could relate to a lot of things, so really worth talking to the team that are looking after you, may not even relate to APS, your hormones, stress, tiredness etc could be the reason, but worth having a check up?

Even without APS (Mine were prior to diagnoses) when we are pregnant we worry about everything.

Get that reassurance from your team, then you will feel better.
