Has anyone experienced moving pain around the body such as abdominal pains, chest pain, back pain, tingling and at times headaches at different times. Some days its better and some days its worse and feel an increase in temperature some times. I have had these pains for some time now and they don't seem to go away.

My advice is for you to record your symptoms, noting your temperature and then discuss this with your doctor. No one can offer any diagnosis unless it is your own doctor.
They will want to know when this started - in other words, a full clinical history is required!
When were you diagnosed with APS...? I also have RA and fibromyalgia. It is not unusual to have more than one autoimmune disease. To me it sounds like it could be fibromyalgia, but of course you should see a doctor. Welcome - by the way
I reread some of your posts and I think now that as you feel better on an INR of 4.0 (as most of us do) today you do not know where your INR is as you test too seldom. Once a week and is it in the vein or in the finger? Is it at a good lab who can send it at once?
I know you are Lupus Anticoagulant and we can have INRs going up and down very easily by no reason at all sometimes.
I think you should feel better if you were STABLE (you have a Doctor who agreed to the high number of 4.0-4.5). Rather unusually high really, but you have to KEEP it at that number and that is the problem.
You have said that you felt better when the INR was tested twice one week and the INRs were around 4.0. but it dropped to 3.1 next time I think it was.
I feel so sorry for you and understand how tressed and sorry you get when the Doctors do not call when they say they would! On this site we understand how you feel and sometimes can help you to feel better.
Exact same situation here! Hang in there! I've been really sick for the last 5 months, several trips to the ER and doctors visits and test and most times they can't explain the pain and symptoms.
I recently realized my health declined significantly since moving to Texas, the hot weather and humidity make my symptoms worst and I also have really bad sun sensitivity. I lived in Oklahoma for many years and I remember having issues mostly in the summer, so I'm in the process of moving out of Hot Texas as of now.
The situation is making me stressed out because its been quite a while now but l will hang in there like you have just said. l am hoping l will get better soon. As for you l will wish you well, you will be fine very soon and back to your normal health.
