Cold and hot feet

I have freezing cold feet during the day and burning feet in bed at night....only on the top of my feet... does anyone have any idea what the cause of this is?

Hi, do you have a diagnosis for Hughes Syndrome/APS, please confirm one way or the other please, sorry to have to ask but at times we have attention seekers messing around, which HU monitor.

Do you suffer from Raynaud's Syndrome? Or, neuropathy? I would discuss this with your rheumatologist.
