A definite no, it could easily interact badly with your Warfarin: mayoclinic.org/drugs-supple...

Great!! My doctor recommended it!!

Can anyone recommend something for the menopause? I am anxious, moody, emotional, mad, night sweats (which I can cope with), paranoid, you name it I have got it!! If it was just hot flushes I could cope but I do not actually get them during the day. I get awful dreams too. I have not had a period for almost a year so am counting down to maybe my hormones to start levelling out! I have read some of the posts on here but they are quite old.

I used black cohosh and found it helpful, but I am not on warfarin.

now that I have not had a period for over a year, and my symptoms have lessened, I am using wellness cream

I would imagine that as it is a cream, rather than a tablet,it would be safe for you.

can anyone advise?

Black cohosh is the best - and all my horrible excess sweating totally went after 5 days

Speak to GP- because things that react with warfarin usually increase or decrease clotting - so they just have to adjust your levels and re monitor your inr for a while till it really stabilises.

But then you have to be consistent in continuing to take it on a permanent basis or your levels will never remain stable

Devils claw thins the blood but is fantastic for arthritis and joint pain so it just changesthe amount of warfarin you take. Call GP and discuss
