Or we could put on pumping slippers. But my question is do they look like the ones in the picture. Those would be tough to wear in bed. For me they would be tough for me to walk in. I'd put them on and immediately break my ankle.

So this is actually a serious question about article 2. I have a bottle of Krill oil which I used to take to thin my blood, since I hadn't been prescribed anticoagulants. I pulled out my bottle of Krill oil and it says it contains phospholipids. So I'm wondering if we ingest phospholipids will we get more antibodies to phospholipids?

No idea, I am only on Aspirin, and I either eat a mountain of oily fish daily or take oily fish pills at max dose, so far so good. MaryF
