Hi everyone I am having sore joints in my shoulder, back, hip & knee. I am wondering if any one else has had this happen to them and what I can take to ease the pain.

Hi it is not unusual to have pains likes this, however you need to talk with your main specialist about what you can take. However in the mean time do get your GP to look at your levels of Vitamin B12, D and Iron, to make sure you are in range. MaryF

Hi Nanny23 I am off work at the moment as I had a heart attack last year and my immune system was attacked leaving me with Hughes Syndrome. I find it helps me to take paracetamol for the pain. I am hoping to go back to work soon but I need to get the pain under control

Paracetamol has a different name in the US, maybe this is why you don't know it but I'm not sure what it's called there. I've often looked for it to get a big tub when I've been there but could never figure out which one it is!
